Alien Aspirations in Facebook's Typing Maniac

I was a cyborg for the longest time, not counting the long training period and even longer frustration with being a spaceman! But I've finally become an alien and I can't describe enough how fulfilling it is.

Like many, I spent long hours in front of my computer, typing away like a maniac (well, I guess that's why they came up with the name in the first place). I kept my focus, kept my passion and practiced, practiced, practiced! And with a few tips here and there, I finally made it to the top 3 among my friends!

My favorite bonus books are ice and wind 'cause I find them the most useful. Initially, I fell in love with fire but then it just burns everything out and I can't get the pages/points that I need to finish the level. Slow is a good tool, but after a while, ice just makes things cooler! hehe

The thrill that rushes through my veins every time I open the game on Facebook makes my day worthwhile. Then I challenge all my friends and my family and I get to call them 'losers' hahaha. (just for fun of course). At first it was just fun and games. Then it became really competitive and I felt so bothered whenever a friend beat my high score. Call it emotional immaturity or whatever but I just have to say, I'm really affected by this great game!

Oh, I do have to insert a few thanks to whoever created Typing Maniac. You rock guys! I love you! Mwah mwah mwah! You made so many days and so many nights less boring and so much more fun than if I just spent it playing Bejeweled hehe.

If you think about it, this is can be an educational game! It improved my typing skills a lot! Seriously, compared to attending typing classes (yes, I imagine there are such events), or practicing on your own (with a word document and a timer - how prehistoric).

Now stop reading this and go back to the game! You don't have to be a fish, a dinosaur, a pterodactyl, a cave man, a man with the white wig, a decent man in a vest, a robot or others. It's time to be an alien! An alien, I tell you, an alien!
