A shot rings the air. The entire cast of the show is in the aim of the gun. We see many possible intended victims standing in front of the gun: Adam, Dixie, Tad, and Marissa. A beautiful woman runs pass the floor as the gun goes off. Is she the one who gets hit?
Yes, today "All My Children" aired its last episode of "All My Children" for ABC. In January, it will be heading to the internet and hopefully a cable station thanks to the smart company known as Prospect Park. Today, the fans were glued to the television sets. Today, they were disappointed. What did they see?
- · They saw the children of the show reciting the motto of "All My Children.
- · They saw Stuart, who just came back from the dead, being united with his wife and son.
- · They saw David being let out on bail.
- · They saw Adam giving David money for his new venture.
- · They saw an angry JR.
- · They saw Adam asking Brooke to marry him. They saw Brooke saying yes, with tears in her eyes.
- · They saw Erica dressed in a beautiful sparkly gown. They saw Erica plead to Jack to come to LA with her as she shoots her movie.
- · They saw Jack walk out on Erica. They hear Jack tell Erica that frankly, he doesn't give a damn.
- · They see Erica run after Jack.
- · They see JR holding a gun, hiding in the corridors, ready to aim the gun.
- · They hear the gun going off.
- · The show ends.
The fans are left holding their breathes. Who was shot? This won't be answered until Prospect Park and the actors continue working on their current contracts with the actors. Will Susan Lucci sign with them? If she does, will they release this news or keep the fans on their toes until the debut of the "All My Children?"
We can't wait until we find out the answers.
"All My Children's" motto:
The Great and the Least,
... The Rich and the Poor,
The Weak and the Strong,
In Sickness and in Health,
... In Joy and Sorrow,
In Tragedy and Triumph,
You are ALL MY CHILDREN
