All Free & Clear Vs. Purex Laundry Detergent

All Free & Clear laundry detergent is an excellent product. I have eczema and overall sensitive skin. I have been using Purex with Bleach Alternative as my laundry detergent for years. One of my main reasons for sticking with the product so long is price. Wherever I go, Purex is either the least expensive or the second least expensive detergent on the shelf. I then found it to be a decent product overall.

It always had a generally fresh scent and seemed to get my clothes pretty clean.

Well, when I got my little chihuahua, my second dog; I started having reactions to her. I was so upset. I had been wanting a small dog for a long time. But, she was a shedder. My skin allergies acted up pretty fierce and I was even suffering from congestion. It could also be related that I got her in the spring, so I'm sure that added to it. Usually I'm ok in the springtime, but combine both things together and I was in poor shape. I was so upset because I had this sweet little girl to play with and I could barely go near her without getting a rash.

Well after about 3 weeks and a doctor visit wherein the doctor prescribed Fexofenadine, I was fine. In addition to the temporary use of the meds, I used a filter temporarily and I also changed my skin soap and laundry detergent so I didn't irritate my skin anymore than necessary.

The laundry detergent I switched to exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. And though I still have a bottle of Purex that's practically full of detergent; I won't go back.

I fell in love with All Small & Mighty, Free & Clear detergent.

First of all, the jar is tiny. It's like carrying less than a quart of milk (which is excellent since I don't have a car right now.) It gets my clothes exceptionally clean. I think my clothes are cleaner than any other product I've ever used. It doesn't have any perfumes or dyes and seems like it would be very gentle. I was actually doubtful that it would clean my clothes at all. I've used detergents like this before and have felt that they don't clean my clothes at all. But with this product, my clothes seem really clean to me.

I have seen it remove those underarm odor stains that make you usually have to throw your shirt away. And it even makes my husband's work clothes as fresh as can be expected. No other detergent has got them cleaner. It doesn't remove all of the chemicals and industrial stains; but it noticeably cleans everything in the wash. The capful you use to wash your clothes is the size of a medicine dosing cup.

This is just an overall awesome product that I highly recommend anyone use.
