Stonekeep: One of Kiko's earlier, and longer, play throughs tells the story of Drake, a young man who has returned to the castle of Stonekeep following an attack ten years ago. His mission is to defeat the evil Khull-Khoum and rescue gods who have been imprisoned in orbs, with the aid of various companions such as Farli the dwarf and Enigma the last elf. Not only is the action quite prominent and the storytelling fantastic, but as per usual, Kiko's commentary is superb. He wonders about the AI of the monsters when they fail to chase you through doors, and cringes every time he encounters singing fairies. I am sure you will discover that Stonekeep is 138 videos' worth of excellent entertainment.
Lands of Lore 3: In the final installment of the Lands of Lore trilogy, Copper LeGray journeys to several portal worlds in order to restore peace to the land, and his soul to his body. If you have played or watched either of the first two games, then you can compare them to a game that Kiko wishes was better than it turned out to be. There is plenty to enjoy in this play through, from Kiko freaking out upon seeing the White Tower (watch his videos of the first Lands of Lore to find out why the tower scares him so much), to being shocked at the lack of fantasy elements late in the game. It all leads up to something that he has been waiting to do for almost two years. A nice end to the trilogy, especially with Kiko along for the ride.
Sesame Street Countdown: The Count, that lovable vampire who is obsessed with counting, is at it again, traveling through various locales to find things that total any number between one and ten. His trademark qualities, from lightning flashes to his laugh (yes, it is an NES game with voice acting by the Count's performer, Jerry Nelson), are all here in this special Christmas present from Kiko. Throughout the three-video series, Kiko is in utter disbelief as to how the Count can travel to the moon and even through time. At one point, Kiko even does an impressive Dracula impression. Who says educational games cannot make for an awesome experience? When Kiko is involved, they certainly can.
Resident Evil Gaiden: When a ship becomes infested with zombies who used to be innocent people, and a powerful monster is on the loose, it is up to Barry Burton to save the day. In the process, he finds himself protecting Lucia, a girl with unusual powers, and saving his old friend, Leon. In the only Game Boy Color version of the celebrated horror survival series, Kiko adds to the surprisingly deep story and nonstop action with his trademark features. His voice acting is impressive, particularly his Barry Burton voice, which makes me feel that he was born to voice Barry...it's just that darn excellent. In one battle, he even sings along to the background music. Add a reference to a certain Beatles animated movie and other cool touches, and you have a Resident Evil play through that you will not regret checking out.
Alter-Ego: This brief play through has Kiko as a guest commentator for Resulka, and the two of them go through this life simulator. By answering questions about their personality and what they should do in certain situations, they do their best to make it through some of life's most fascinating, and difficult, experiences. Here, Kiko acts like Resulka's conscience, informing her of what decisions will lead to the best results. The outcomes are sometimes silly, sometimes cute, and sometimes downright frightening. However, with the humor that this commentating duo provides, you will enjoy this crazy ride through the early parts of life.
Spell-a-Saurus: In this sequel to Ecosaurus, Resulka and Kiko play some mini games designed to teach children about spelling. Laugh as they intentionally write down the wrong words in a driving mini game and end up crashing. When they go down So Lane, Kiko adds to the humor when he exclaims, "That is So Lane!" Watch as Resulka strives to remember her special list of words so that she might save one of her dinosaur friends. At only two videos, the play through is short, but it is also quite sweet with Resulka and Kiko as your hosts.
Simon's Quest: Afflicted by the curse of his old nemesis, Dracula, Simon Belmont must journey to several mansions and gather the parts of the malicious vampire so that he may once again slay him and dispel the hex. In this, Kiko's most recently completed play through, watch as he is disappointed when he discovers that his exclamation of "Chaiiiiiiiin Whip!" does not have the same ring as "Chaiiiiiiiin Gun!" from his Doom 3 play through. Additionally, he is flabbergasted by some odd solutions such as kneeling by a lake with some gems to drain them and defeating fire enemies with a flame whip. Through it all, you will be thoroughly entertained by this dark and epic journey, and discover which of the three possible endings Kiko ends up getting.
Beneath a Steel Sky: After being kidnapped by some mysterious men and surviving a helicopter crash, Robert Foster finds himself in a futuristic city. With the aide of his robot partner, Joey, he strives to discover the mysteries surrounding the city and its inhabitants. As he plays through this rather enjoyable and intriguing point-and-click adventure, Kiko does everything from launching a dog into a pool of water with a Rube Goldberg-style contraption to having Joey making a rather random Barbie quote. Can he help Robert learn the truth about the city? He certainly can, and you will encounter all sorts of humor and intrigue leading up to a finale that cannot be missed.
Barbie Ocean Discovery: In the first of three (to date) Barbie play throughs, Barbie finds herself swimming underwater in search of treasure. This three-video series features Kiko's rather amusing Barbie voice, and when he gathers some pieces of a coin, he has her mentioning using laser eyes to piece them together. He also grins and bears his way through some rather simple mini games, and questions how Barbie is able to breathe underwater without scuba gear. It all leads up to a great deal of humor, proving that with just the right touches that only Kiko can provide, even Barbie games can be enjoyable.
Dark Castle: The first of many faster play throughs (known as Let's Quickly Plays) tells the story of a man out to explore a castle and defeat its ruler, the Black Knight. In his travels, Kiko finds himself dealing with everything from laughing imps to Fantasia-style brooms to annoying flying creatures. One of the most memorable parts is during the last battle, when he thinks he is about to win it all, and discovers that he missed a lever. It is five videos of excellent entertainment as Kiko plays a game that he is not too wild about, and it would lead to many more, equally awesome, shorter play throughs that Kiko still adds to his channel from time to time.
Thus I have just given you even more examples of why Kiko remains, and will forevermore be, my favorite Let's Player of all time. With a new year underway, he will surely bring us even more exciting new play throughs. I do not know what surprises he might have in store for the fans (over 6,800 and still growing), but I am sure that they will be nothing short of excellent and will continue to possess the familiar Kiko magic.
