Already Dead: A Novel

This was the first book I actually read on the Kindle. It's still free in the Kindle store today. With most free book offer's you'll need to hurry cause they don't offer it for free very long. Well I don't know if I was just excited about having my Kindle or really into this book but I never put it down till I was done.

Everyone is into the vampire thing now-a-days, so if you like that sort of thing check it out. If you like a mystery with some wacky stuff in it to I'd check it out as well. It's about a freelance vampire. Vampires have their own groups and he refuses to join even though everyone wants him. He is given a mission to find this young girl who ran away and has been missing for a while. And he's got to find her fast because there is a zombie host going around biting people. So he now he's got to do two things at once. Not to mention someone seems to be out to get him by stealing his whole blood supply. What's a vampire to do.

Not only is there the action but there is also his sexy love interest who hes been dating for what seems to be forever. She's admitted to him she has AIDS and that she will no matter what have any sexual contact with him for fear of spreading it. He struggles with the delemia of telling her he's a vampire and that he can never get sick cause hes already dead or does he offer to turn her and heal her of the disease altogether. But that is pushed to the back burner because of the task at hand.

He does his best to find the girl and figure out which of her warring parents he should give her to. I won't mention much more so if you want to read it there is a little more suprise to what will happen. Overall for a vampire or even mystery book I really enjoyed it. But I must admit I just love most books in general. So check it out and let me know what you think.
