You can lie in bed and hope that if you go to sleep, you might not wake up in the morning, you try to escape from your life by traveling to another country or taking a different job, some people try drugs or alcohol just to numb or escape what's going around your head and to give you some release.
The problem with all this is that you're with yourself 24/7 and not matter what you do; you can't run away from yourself.
The suicide rate is growing and destroying the lives of families. and if you're in that place in your life where everything is falling apart and there's no other way out for you and the people in your life, would be would be better off if you weren't around, please read this, think about hanging in there.
I've been at the point in my life where ending my life seemed to be the only option I had and it hurt too much to keep living, I tried taking an overdose and had an oops moment, but I survived and put myself into therapy.
I now have a future that I'm passionate about, dreams that I am going to follow.
Famous and influential people

These are names of people that seem to have everything, fame, fortune, and doing what they love. These are the people that have contributed to music, art and acting. Their lives seem to be perfect and people watch and read about them.
They all have something in common... Suicidal attempts. It really goes to show that money can't buy happiness.
Happiness isn't about having wealth, having no money problems, or material things. Happiness is waking up in the morning and feeling good about who you are, excited about your life and having a smile on the inside and being comfortable enough to accept that being happy is OK.
Things to think about before you choose to end it all
What If....
What if, there was another way for you to get past the pain and the chaos in your head,
What if, there was something you could change for you to get that peace and happiness in your life
What if, there was someone out there who you could reach out to and your life will change
What if, there was a bigger plan for your life that you would be missing out on
What if, the famous and influential people had committed suicide, such as Walt Disney, we wouldn't have grown up with childhood movies such as Mary Poppins, Bambi or Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
Don't you owe it to yourself to hang on in there just on the off chance that there is help out there?
Talk to somebody. Talk to your doctor, Church Group, Health Care Professional or if you want to do it over the Internet, try the Samaritans or any other suicide prevention sites for your options.
You are a unique, worthwhile human being with unique natural gifts, talents and dreams that will change the lives of the people around you. It might feel really uncomfortable to read this and think of yourself as being thought of as being this person when you can't see out of the darkness and it hurts to breathe.
I once saw this video years ago and this person was talking about having a breakthrough in your life, what it is, is when you manage to push through the pain and face what's going on in your head. It might seem scary and too much to handle, but don't you owe it to yourself to try, the worst that can happen is that you get the help that you need, breakthrough your pain, you sort your head out and your life will change for the better. There's not many guarantees if life, but I can personally guarantee that your life can only get better if you hang in there and get the help you need.
