Although your not here this Mothers Day
I will always cherish the memories we had while you were here
The times we use to laugh and cry
The times you were always by my side
I will always hold you dear to my heart
I never feel as though we're a part
I miss you now more than ever
Even though you are resting in heaven
I think about you more and more
You will always be the mother I adore
Rest in peace mother, on this Mothers Day
And always know we will meet again
Because this is part of gods plan

Post a CommentI did post a poem here for her entitled "The Last". There will be more as I have time to assimilate the impact of her loss. I'm not attempting to increase page views...she was worth far more to me than that...just wanted to share.
I lost mine the day after Thanksgiving last year. Still fresh and new in many ways. This Mother's day will be much different...but I will take comfort in the fact that she is no longer consumed by terror and pain.
