Number 1
The number one place on my list is The Science Museum in London. The Science Museum has tons of attractions for both grown-ups and kids!! Andy Green is attempting to set the land speed record this week. The team aims to make their vehicle exceed speeds of 1,000 MPH.
If motor sports isn't your thing, do not threat! With over 50 amazing exhibits, you surely will have fun and learn at the same time!
Number 2
Second on my list is the National Football Museum in Lancaster. We all know British kids are wanting to get out on the field and play footy. Well now is the chance for them to learn about the history of the beautiful game. The museum contains information on the national England squad, and even the classic football from the 1966 World Cup Final.
Number 3
The London Aquarium! Located on the South Bank, the London Aquarium is home to the most amazing sea-life known to man. From tiny shrimp to giant sharks, the London Aquarium has it ALL! Entry is only £7 for adults and £5 for children. It's guaranteed to be a blast for the whole family.
Number 4
With more than 50 planned events is the Kent Coastal Week. This one will be amazing for the kids. Activities include sand sculpture competitions and boat trips. And the best thing is, it's completely free.
Number 5
For a whole week the Centre For The Child is open in Birmingham. This is definitely the one for the kids! Creative activities are everywhere, from mask-making to pirate work-shops!
You can find more information, such as location and telephone number from the attractions websites. It's as easy as typing in the attraction to google.
Most of all, have fun during this half-term holiday!
