Amazing Grace

Amanda Kidd
God's grace is sufficient in our times of weaknesses, but the Word preaches His grace is not a license for immorality. Contrary to popular belief, all inhabitants are not under grace. Grace is a gift from God showing undeserved acts of favor, kindness, and mercy to those who fall short of God's glory. One must feel remorseful, conviction, and demonstrate a desire to reform in one's mind and conduct. For those who are atheist - no belief in God, polytheism - belief in many gods, or materialism - all is matter and spirit, denies reality of God's spirit, definitely are disqualified from grace due to disbelief in our God. If one doesn't believe, then how can one seek God to ask for this beautiful gift? When Christians willfully sin against God, their grace is limited because of willful intent. Sin is transgression of the law. The flesh is weak this is true, but if you enjoy committing sin, that's willful sin.

One may pray and ask for forgiveness, however, God judges the heart. You cannot curse your spouse, enjoy it, and continue this pattern eternally. The Word says if God is in you, you can't keep on sinning. Can't is ambiguous, but God means you must cease all sin, opposed to you're immune to sinning. Jesus will purify you from all sin. Many churches teach that grace saves you continuously. This is false doctrine, false preachers and teachers distorting scripture. Imagine judgment day and Jesus and His saints are judging you, and you've discovered that you're going to hell. You're appalled and plead, "Jesus I asked for your forgiveness. I repented every time I sinned; I'm under your grace. Oh, Jesus this must be an awful mistake." And Jesus says, "You were taught to be made new in the attitude, of your mind, and to put on the new self created like God in true righteousness and holiness, but you stand before me unholy. Can an unrighteous person grace themselves into God's righteous kingdom? No!!! So let the wicked forsake his ways, submit to God, resist sin, and it will flee from you.
