Amazing Lighted Yard Decorations for Christmas

Jessica Ann
I love homes that go overboard during the Christmas holidays and always make the drive-by rounds to see the best displays. I've even got one neighbor that must have every large yard art for every holiday known (and I think some that aren't). My favorite thing about Christmas though is that the more lights and sparkle, the better. I have compiled a list of some of the most amazing yard art decorations for the Christmas holiday that will turn your yard into a wondrous wonderland for all to see.

One of the coolest sites to visit is The Holiday Light Store where you will find an unbelievable collection of yard art decorations and many of them you'd never expect. You will find a lot of elaborate decorations and most are a bit pricey. However, there are options to fit pretty much any budget. As long as you have the storage space, these should carry you through many years of holidays and joy.

If you've got the funds, I absolutely adore the Lighted Pelican Dropping Presents for $455. Not too many people are going to have anything in their yard that stands nearly 11 feet tall and 3 feet wide. What you'll see when lighted is a Pelican flying above a Christmas tree and dropping a red lighted boxed present to the ground. With this kind of height, everyone will be able to see it and you'll be envied by all. This decoration is broken down into seven pieces making storage a snap.

If you're not ready to spend that much money, maybe you may want to go with the Reindeer Driving Boat for $185. This would be the perfect holiday accessory to your front yard, especially those living in Florida or if you live on a lake. It's not too big, but just big enough at 40" high and 80" in length. If this happens to be a decoration you really like you may even want to think about adding the skiing Santa for slightly more than twice the price.

Still too pricey? Here's an idea that won't break you too much. For $89.95 they offer three lighted candles in various heights. You get one each of a 24", 32" and 40" inch red, white and yellow candle illuminated by white lights inside. This way you can have a little more yard coverage for less cost since it's like having three decorations instead of one.

If you prefer something a little more traditional I would suggest checking out ChristmasLights.com for some excellent options. One that I really like is the Nativity Scene done in vibrant colors lighted with 175 incandescent white lights. You can get this 41in by 62in decoration for the low discounted price of $114.99.

Finally, visit ChristmasCentral.com to find an awesome 8 1/2 foot Holographic Lighted Christmas train which comes pre-lit with 600 multi-colored lights and has speed settings that allows you to change how fast the lights run so it looks like the train is moving. This is a great decoration at $249.99 which includes the engine and three freight cars carrying Santa and all his presents. It is a very colorful and exciting display.

Glad to see this article. It gets me right in the mood for the holidays coming. Maybe I should go larger for my yard display this year. Thanks Jessica Ann.
