However, these are NOT the facts that Thailand is famous for. There are other reasons, first is the highly entertaining "City of Angels", Bangkok, The capital of Thailand which famously is said to be a city that never sleeps. Bangkok, being the capital and one of the major cities of Asia, keeps to its reputation of being an entertaining city. Be it a Kid or an Old timer of 60 +, it has something in store for every one! An attribute hardly matched by any other city. Movies, bowling, golf, shopping or perhaps you want to go around and have a ride at a roller coaster rides, or you want to buy fruits for your self from floating market or have dinner in the cruise. You name it and you will get it.
Second in line are its beaches. Thailand has without exaggeration, one of the BEST beaches in the world. White Sandy beaches, with clean waters are not enough to attract the millions that it has over the years. It is the astonishing beauty of those beaches, with variants available of every kind that make them come over. Beaches with rocky sand, powder sand, gray sand, beaches with mountains in the foreground, waterfalls from those mountains makes these places even more exotic, you name it and you will get it.
Third reason is its people, Thais. "Angels" "Smiles" as they have been attributed with is enough to describe the helping and smiling nature of these people. It is often said, that "Thais cannot forget to Smile", it is true indeed. The culture of Thailand of being polite could be easily noticed well before you set your foot on Thai Soil, only of course, if you travel by Thai Airways.
Next reason in line would be the major factor of its food. Thai food is as famous as Italian or Japanese food. Food lovers around the world make their trips to Thailand just to enjoy the spicy, yummy food that Thais have to offer. Soups, Fried Rice and its variants of Indian food is enough to lure food lovers to "Amazing Thailand". Tom Yam soup being the most famous of them.
All said and done, it is a place that you will never forget, once you visit it. Indeed it is Amazing Thailand!
