An Amber Alert has been issued in Missori, but also nationwide in the hopes of locating Alisa Maier.

Alisa was last seen playing with her brother in the front yard of their home 80 miles north of St. Louis. According to her 5-year-old brother a white man in a black, 4 door car pulled up to their front yard around 8PM and grabbed his sister while he screamed for help.

The brother is the only witness and told police he couldn't get a license plate number, but the car may have had damage to the hood or the front end of the car.

The abductor is described as a white male with dark hair in his late teens or early twenties.

Family members said they don't know of any friends or family members who would want to take Alisa, saying they think the kidnapping is random.
