Amber Arpaio Suing Ashely Dupre and Joe Francis

Do you ever really get tired of hearing the name Ashley Dupre or Elliot Spitzer -- or how about Amber Arpaio? Amber Arpaio may be a new name for some, but she is the one who is suing Ashley Dupre and Joe Francis for exposing her driver's license in a GirlsGone Wild video that is now being sold on the Girls Gone Wild website.

The Girls Gone Wild video of Amber Arpaio's driver's license was only showed after Ashley Dupre claimed that she was seventeen when Joe Francis made the video of her on Girls Gone Wild and Joe Francis claimed that it was legal and she had even showed her I.D. using another alias. The alias that Ashley Dupre used was no other than Amber Arpaio's name. Amber Arpaio is suing the pair for invasion of privacy, defamation and unjust enrichment, and other causes, as reported by the Improper.

It doesn't seem that Ashley Dupre, Joe Francis, Amber Arpaio, Girls Gone Wild, and Elliot Spitzer are able to stay out of the news. It all came down after Elliot Spitzer resigned after allegations of him and a high class prostitute, Ashley Dupre, had been made known to the public.

I had my identity stolen before and I know that it can be a bit of a hassle trying to get your life back. The driver's license of Amber Arpaio was showed so vividly that with the proper technology you would be able to view the exact numbers on it. This gives anyone the ability to know the address, numbers, birth date, and all the information on the drivers' license.

Speaking from my own experience of having my identity stolen all it takes is a little information about you and this person can ruin your life. My drivers license wasn't made available to the public like Amber Arpaio's, but it was used in a way that ruined my credit and caused my family to have to move.

Unlike Amber Arpaio, I wasn't able to sue the person who stole my identity but I did suffer through a lot over it. The question that I have is how did Dupre end up with Amber Arpaio's license in the first place? Mine was misplaced in my car which was a stupid mistake that a lot of people make but I have not done this since.

Amber Arpaio should learn something from her identity being stolen. There are plenty of things that Amber Arpaio could have done differently but it does seem that everyone wants their share of the money. I don't mean to say that Amber Arpaio had no right to sue because I believe that if this is what is going on then she should sue them but why wait until all the smoke clears?
