Being able to keep the energy flow continuous in the body no matter what is a very liberating accomplishment. This does not mean you will never experience problems with the body. We seem to be working on evolving into a totally new level of being, finally reaching the goal of creatively evolving a body our higher selves can fully inhabit. Through all this the body remains a feedback system for us and we should appreciate its messages of pain. Having a continuous flow of energy no matter what feels as if you are a river that you refuse to dam up. It is a decision you make each time you fear you have made a mistake. Each time you notice you have gone off your exercise program and you are getting weak. Each time sales go down. Each time you thought you had it all figured out.. Each time you say something really stupid in public. Each time you realize you really have nothing intelligent to say. Or you forget the punch line.
Notice how you normally reacted when you thought you were finally doing well... and then realized you weren't. Did you go into a depression of your energies and want to lie down? Did you feel a shutting down, perhaps a closure in the intestines, a shallowness of breathing, a slight limpness and slump? You were damming the flow of the river. You were closing the chakras. You were allowing in less life force. You were turning your energies against yourself. You felt perhaps you would not receive enough love now. And you didn't, because life force is love.
Does this happen when you are faced with bewildering ambiguity and feel there is no way to sort it all out? Or when you are trying to follow your path in the Right Way and you discover the path looks like a bramble bush?
You can make a decision not to clamp down, which is habit, but upon looking at your report card or scale or bank account, remind yourself to stay open no matter what. You are not judging, not letting anything control you. You need not clamp the energies down and turn them against you, even though this is what you may have been taught by parents and authority figures. When we do this, we often move the top cervical vertebrae over to pinch the vagus nerve so we feel less. The vagus nerve is very related to the Kundalini life flow through the spinal area. When the vagus nerve is pinched, which happens with also with a hiatal hernia, at the same time as the cervical torque, generally, we are not able to produce the acids, particularly hydrocloric acid to digest our food. We are choosing not to digest what just happened. We are blocking its flow through our body. Interestingly, often water by itself helps cure hiatal hernia. Drinking plenty of water helps us flush out experiences, and be more electromagnetic, more of a life flow.
Imagining forces of fluidity running through you and simply noticing when you tend to clamp down on them, and making a decision not to, is very effective. You and your body need no longer fear what will happen next. You will not be feeling the transitory, precarious emotion of happiness but the abundant free flowing, unconditional feeling of joy. You can contain all the emotions within it. It does not limit you to one expression. But when you feel them, you are focusing on aspects of the total joy vibration, which is life from the source, and your body will not be wondering how diluted your life force will be from moment to moment. It can release fear, and the lack principle, and abundance will flow to you as much as it can on a planet operating on the lack principle.
If you remain open, you will not be depending on how your image is accepted by others, or feeling guilt, so you will not be as tied in to mass consciousness and the lack principle. If something untoward happens, trust that your expanded self has arranged this for a helpful purpose, if your motivations are not self sacrificing, destructive, or separatist. Of course, analyzing your intentions carefully to see if you are truly guided by an intuitive subconscious knowledge of the flow of the whole scheme of things is important. So is analyzing your beliefs embedded since childhood. And observing your thoughts in the present.
There are many ways to release unhelpful patterns and allow yourself to be like a fountain springing from the present moment. For example, one Yogic method is the Dance of Shiva, in which you move totally from impulses beyond the linear mind. You begin in horse stance, and move similarly to Tai Chi, but following your own intuition, and if the mental brain chatter gets in the way at all, you go back to horse stance and start again.
Other methods are also fun. Drumming in a group, or any improvisational music is perfect. Playing with others, perhaps making an amature video. Drawing what you see in great detail is a good exercise in being in the moment and not living in your head. When you go for a walk in nature, do you talk and think the whole time, or do you notice what is there? Touch it. Spend time touching yourself, feeling with all your senses. Be where you are. Put your right hand flat down against the top of your head, a bit forward. Hold it there for 12 seconds. Switch hands. This helps bring you into present time. Being in the moment and letting the stream of life flow through you washes you. So does stretching as it allows the cells to release stored emotions. So does laughing.
Other methods may be supplemental to release old habit patterns as well. Jin Shin Do, a method of putting pressure on spots along meridians releases age old emotional and behavior patterns. Osho's Dynamic Meditation, a 21 day vigorous system of movements stirs up emotions you didn't realize you had and helps release them, clearing your lower chakras. Truly feeling and embracing your feelings is very beneficial in allowing the whole vibrational message to be understood and processed. Tantra, including Hatha Yoga and pranayama, help clear the chakras.. All of these methods involve fostering a flow through the body. Water does this in itself. Play with and in water. Love it. Picture yourself floating on a sea of ambiguity, and loving it, being buoyed up by it, laughing as the waves dance under you.
Reality has to be flexible to rearrange itself to accommodate a person's view of it. Time is flexible. Linear time is purely a construct of the mind, because people think they should be bound by a linear time frame. Many such odd ideas are passed down from generation to generation. Our very cells chastise us when we shift our selves into an unboundaried sense of the world, because the cells have gained a solid sense of tradition through the generations. They can be reasoned with nicely, however, especially if you give them a massage.
When they lose their fear of the changeable life force, and are given a constant flow of water, sunlight, and negative ions, chlorophyll and love, they need not try to hold themselves in rigid patterns for defense. They need not define you in a self image that protects you from a clamping down of energies. They trust. They let you dissolve ego patterns and melt your awareness into the primal timelessness between your thoughts, out of the desperate clinging of the known, which is false because it is limited, defined, and trying to put one inflexible picture on something changing, multidimensional, made up of infinite viewpoints and parallel realities. When your cells, which have been proven by scientists to think and feel, can trust that they will be fed by the life force, they release fear and constriction and then are able to receive and digest it. You will feel a constant warmth, light, and love in the heart area. You can trust that you are acting from the Flow of the Life Force in its evolutionary trend. If something happens to hurt your feelings and make you question it, question whether as you send the flow out, you are acting only for others and denying yourself. If this is the case and is being outpictured for you by you hurting yourself, concentrate on the life force seeping into your tissues and nourishing them. Do not lose trust. Realize You are only showing yourself how you are not fully loving yourself, and love yourself more.
Celebrate ambiguity! Imagine ambiguity rituals! Have ambiguity parties! With door prizes. This attitude opens the chakras very wide and allows flow between them. More can come into your heart. More miracles can occur. Synchronicity becomes more poetic. Subtle moods are allowed to exist artistically without having to be exactly explained according to what you have felt and known before. Everything makes sense when you decide reality is ambiguous by nature! Ambiguity can be another name for God. It is such an expansive, all inclusive, timeless sense. Ambiguity can be taken as a sign from God, as a miracle itself. The fact that so many people remember being the same famous person in hypnosis can be something to provide us more laugher, when we too, remember being that person, allowing a total letting go of the normal sense of identity. At that time and place, for us, perhaps the rules were different, identity was spread out, we were dipping one dimension with another, and this is very difficult for people now to interpret. But that ambiguity simply opens one up if it is allowed. Allow ambiguity.
Ambiguity is clarity. Don't furrow your brow trying to narrow it into a logical framework. Give it a smile. Open your arms wide. Very wide. Give it a hug.
