We would never want them to miss a meal, balance the baby on one knee while they eat or clean up spilled milk. We want their meal to be a pleasant experience and heaven forbid, we would never expect them to eat cold mashed potatoes.
When dining out we make certain they are given the best seat in the house, we have reserved the wall for our viewing pleasure. We want them to have the most desirable view of everyone coming and going while we continue our balancing act with the children.
However, husbands are good about toting the little ones in and out of public places. Don't you love those moments? Because, when they are relaxing in their designated chair at home we are happy to return the favor by toting the babies upstairs for baths. Never would we want them to miss their special TV program, even though we haven't caught a show all week.
Why, we even bestow upon our husbands driving privileges. We would never think of jumping into the drivers seat when starting out on a cross country excursion. We want our husbands to have a pleasant trip while we crawl from front to back changing diapers, refilling zippy cups, as he surfs the different radio stations for his favorite game or electrified funk music.
Can you image as a woman being granted such amenities so freely? These are just a few amenities that I came up with for the man I love so dearly!
