So what is the big secret? What is it that our government doesn't want us to know? To better understand, let's have a very brief history lesson. Remember the Boston Tea Party and the whole thing about unfair taxes and being taxed without representation? Well, now we have representation but it does us no good when our representation is part of a corrupt system that insists they have the right to steal our hard earned wages. Yes, I said steal. The American people are again being unfairly over taxed. Not only are we being over taxed but we are being unconstitutionally taxed. The Constitution does not and never has allowed for a Federal Income Tax on the average American. Yes, our own government is openly violating our Constitution.
We all know that tax laws can be confusing. I believe that has been done intentionally so few people would be able to learn the truth. This seems very reminiscent of the Church of England refusing to allow the Bible to be translated and printed in English. They did not want the common person to realize how badly they'd been deceived. For the average American to understand what is happening, we need to cover a few definitions. Before watching this film, I did not know the difference between "income" and "wages" or what indirect and direct taxes were. The film makes all of these things very simple and easy to understand. The constitution defines "income" as "corporate gains". Since the average American is not a corporation, we therefore have no "income", only "wages". The government is allowed to tax corporations' incomes. The government is also allowed "indirect taxes". These are things such as gas taxes and tobacco taxes. The American people can choose to avoid those taxes by avoiding those products. By using the products they are in agreement with paying the tax. "Direct taxes", which is what the Federal Income Tax is, were never given approval. The 16th Amendment was not ratified by enough states to become "law". The Supreme Court itself has stated that it made no change to the current tax law of the time, which did not allow for a Federal Income Tax. Basically, since 1913 the government has been cheating the American people out of trillions of dollars in wages.
Are you surprised? Disbelieving? I was too. That's why I continued to watch this film. I kept waiting for something to stand out, to tell me that this was just a propaganda type film based on a commonly know rumor and very little truth. I never found that. If you are at all concerned about the future of this country, you need to watch this film. If you naively think the future of this country is just fine, you need to watch this film. American people need to become more aware of the freedoms our government is taking away from us. We need to educate ourselves and others about what is really happening. We need to become the Americans who founded this country in the first place. They and all the brave soldiers who fought and died to give us these freedoms would be ashamed at how we have just sat back and let them slowly slip away.
Finally, we need to act on what we have learned. We need to band together to let our government know that we will not stand for this any longer. Our country is in or is on the verge of a recession depending on which official is talking, foreclosures are rampant (which is another illegal act this film touches on). unemployment is rising, the stock market is falling, the value of the dollar has gone down, food prices and fuel prices are up. We are going to be in a serious crisis if we keep letting our government get away with their indifference and illegal acts. I challenge everyone reading this article to watch the film and commit to acting on the information.

Post a CommentThe FDIC just stole 11000$ from me .I am almost 65 years old, that was my retirement money. I am told I cannot do any thing. Why are they allowed to take my money
Great! I certainly agree about the tax laws and our money being stolen. We are being kept busy and nice worker bees while we are being trapped into slavery by corporations which are really our govt. We need to snap out of our apathy. Thomas Jefferson was a big advocate of a revolution once every few generations. I'm not suggesting we take up arms against our govt only become more involved, more aware, ad change our lifestylyes. Regain our culture. I will def watch this flick.
