America Getting it Wrong on Idol?

Every season we see some of the brightest potential stars grace the stage of American Idol, and each season you will see some contestant stay well passed reason. Everyone remember Sanjaya right? Well it appears that America is at it again with the results show tonight! There are about 6 contestants this year that could all walk away with the title and deserve it, they are:

• Michael Lynch

• Crystal Bowersox

• Casey James

• Lee Dewyze

• Andrew Garcia

• Katie Stevens

You may have your favorites among these and even a strong opinion on a couple of them however most would agree that these should have a decent shot at winning the whole competition. If you have been watching and not voting, hopefully tonight's results show will prove to you how important it is. Clearly one of the top performers, Michael Lynch was voted off by America!

This year Idol came up with a new idea and it is called the judges save. The four judges have one save per season until the top five contestants are left. They are allowed to save one deserving performer from going home, and tonight they used that save. Michael Lynch will be back again next week, deservedly so.

Do not let next week pass you by without casting your votes for the best performers, there are a few left that really have not showed their best week after week but amazingly they are still surviving. Make American Idol what it should be a place where the best man or woman wins and goes on to a fabulous career. Watch, enjoy but most importantly VOTE!
