The room although not spectacular was serviceable and there was chatter in the air and a surge of expectation permeated the room.
The lights went dark and the next few things I would see over the next 2 hours would shock, amaze, and destroy parts of my thinking about government, law and the most powerful institution in the land, which isn't the government.
The movie was split into three loosely connected parts. Part 1 was about the income tax, part two was about the IRS and part three was about the Federal Reserve, although that was laced throughout the entire work. The movie maintained that since the 16th amendment was never ratified income taxes on the whole were illegal. That I was able to verify, there is no record in the State of Colorado of the state legislature ever having taken a vote on that matter. Furthermore, three powerful men, Paul Harburg, J.P. Morgan and J.D. Rockefeller has so bought the government and had them under such pressure and blackmail that they were able to convince the then Secretary of State to sign off on this lie and to purport it to the American people. Here is the chief problem with the income tax, in the original Constitution there are two kinds of taxes authorized, the direct tax and the indirect tax. An example of a direct tax is the property tax, an indirect tax is a tax on goods and is optional, if you do not purchase the good you do not pay the tax. These taxes must be equally charged for the citizens of the several states or as the Constitution puts it, "apportioned." The income tax is a direct tax on income but since it is staggered by income it is not apportioned, the supreme court in Brushbaker vs. United States held up the income tax. The film seems to take no issue with this but attacks it in another and very present way. The film adequately proved that the above not withstanding there was, "no law" stating the American people had to pay income taxes. There was law for foreign money, corporations, and "corporate activity" the latter term being undefined. Therefore, the American people were abiding by a law that did not and does not presently exist.
Now, the readers thinking, "Why would the rich who would be most affected buy the income tax want to bring hardship upon themselves?" This is the most clever part of all! These men pushed the Federal Reserve Act of 1910 which gave away Congress' greatest power, to coin and regulate money. Now the Federal Reserve would print the money regulate its value and control the American economy and the government's access to it. Thereby, controlling the government by controlling its debt; the ultimate control. In perspective a centralized banking system makes sense because of the then-recent money panics of 1905 and 1907, these men came to Congress and said that they had the plan of solving the problem with a centralized system without calling it that. They promised that the dollar would never rapidly devalue again. It would also allow the United States to compete economically better with Europe who had had a centralized baking system since the 1700's. This system also would make excellent campaign promises for Western and Southern legislators whose constituents had been most affected by the money panic of recent years. Here is where the Federal Reserve, and the unconstitutional income tax come together. The income tax funds no programs and the entire IRS system that handles the income tax gives the entire amount to the Federal Reserve to pay the interest on the national debt. Therefore, the only entity hurt by the abolition of the income tax would be the Federal Reserve.
A little more on that now, the Federal Reserve is a federalized banking system that regulates money, prints the money and controls credit, both of the people and of the government. They are not a government entity, they are not under the purview of Congress. They are a private company in the business of controlling the American economy. Therefore, we can say that the American is paying a tax to a private corporation that controls the government and the people by the control of its debt. The rich do not pay any of this tax, they put all their money in "trusts" that are of course, tax free. Later on, after the trusts were broken up, they simply moved all their money off shore and when the banking system could be managed world-wide spent the money by never bringing it back to the United States. Such things that you and I cannot do. Thereby, they get the 16 billion income tax dollars in their pockets tax free (of course) and it doesn't fund a single program of the American government and the apparatus to collect it, is the largest in the world. Which is where the IRS gets into this twisted tango. The IRS, of course, harasses people to pay this tax every year. However, they refused to show the law that they are enforcing and they make people pay the tax only by barrels of their guns. They are enforcers of the income for a private corporation to which the American people are paying a "tax" to for the privilege of having a currency, an economy, and their government's ability to have debt.
This is also indicative of a bigger and greater problem that has been covered up and only scratched upon by the John Birch Society and others. The movie unfortunately takes a turn for the worst. Up to this point it had remained an academic reasoned work, however it launches off into the RFID chip conspiracy. We are to have a national ID card in 2008 but the chipping of the American people is distant in the future as of yet. They showed great quotes and good news footage trying to scratch the surface of "the conspiracy" to bring about global government start with the money system outlined above and then on to the chip and the ultimate control of the American people. Such numbering attempts were made in Nazi-Germany, Stalinist-Russia, and Maoist-China, with little result. We can draw from this movie that Congress with knowledge only of a few gave away its most important power, instituted the hugest bureaucratic system for handling the function of collecting a tax paid solely to a private corporation that does no good for the government.
The discussion afterwards was very interesting and I will note a little bit of it. There was one Christian woman who was crying due to the tenets of her faith regarding the chip in Revelation 13:16. Several opinion makers were present, and they all made brilliant points and I stood to speak my short peace twice upon this film. However, no one was quite ready to believe it all yet, not even me. There are still a few points on which I doubt, but if this is indicative of a wider plan to drive the American experiment into the ground for "being too effective" or for "sucking up resources" or for "being too rich" all buzzwords in the media today. I think everyone should sincerely research the above for themselves there are several good websites from www.americafreedomtofascism.com. I also will be conceptualizing several principles from this movie in my fortnightly series on Western Civilization.
In conclusion this movie should be watched and considered by every American. To be honest I expect serious but positive consequences from it and if I worked at the Federal Reserve I would be scared, dead scared. If I worked at the IRS I would be afraid of what the people would do and these fears would permeate the highest levels of government. Even Congress and the White House are privy, and have done nothing because power does indeed corrupt. Eve Henry Ford admitted that, "If the American people learned how the money system works, there would be a revolution tomorrow morning." The income tax debate has of course been in the public psyche but positive evidence would yield more results and the National ID is of course on -going. But the four parts working in concert would get the American off the false belief that they are sill free and inform them to the fact that as of January of 2008 their liberty will be gone forever unless action be taken now. By this time America will look like everything we have ever fought against.

Post a CommentAs far as tax law is concerned, the film is a joke.
I go in front of tax judges and argue tax law for a living.
If I go to court and say the 16th Amendment is unconstitutional, I get thrown out of court and fined.
You will increase your chance of being crimanally prosecuted if you assert that the 16th Amendment wasn't ratified.

Spectacular review! I have seen it to, it is certainly shocking, intriguing, and fascinating. We have to do something... fast!
Speachless!
Good article. The ideas in this film are so challenging that most folks are probably not up to it. But we must deal with the realities presented!
Slowly we (tax protesters) are beginning to turn the tide against the tyrants in Washington DC. Those tyrants have bamboozled the people for a long time, but some people are beginning to listen and check it out for themselves. The tyrants can't hide under their desks forever!
