Which one of the Idol contestants will feel a comfort zone in Jamie Foxx's genre? Who will fit the style of music better this week?
Casey James was in the bottom along with Aaron Kelly. Casey has to really put his entire heart and soul in his performance this week. Mike Lynche should have an easy night, as this genre is part of his repertoire. Lee DeWyze should be good at this genre, also. Crystal Bowersox should have no problems, either. That leaves Casey James. The bottom two this week should be Casey James and Lee DeWyze. This could change in a minute if the fans decide differently. This year,no matter what thoughts the judges have, the fans have ruled.
It is hard to make a prediction, however, because each week the contestants surprise viewers with their performances. Only time will tell, but my prediction is based on last week's performances.
Versatility is the important factor these last few weeks of the competition. The contestants all seem to be getting self confidence and their performances are better each week. No matter who leaves this competition at this point is going to go far in the entertainment business.

Post a CommentHow about getting your facts straight? CASEY WAS NOT IN THE BOTTOM TWO LAST WEEK!!The bottom two were MIKE and AARON!!Casey DESERVES to be in the top three and Mike needs to go HOME!SHAME on the judges for the horrible way they treated Casey...they should be ashamed of themselves...there was NO need to be that cruel.Casey once again demonstrated nothing but class and admitted he was lost without his guitar...NOTHING wrong with that! CASEY ROCKS EVERY WEEK AND WILL ALWAYS GET MY VOTES!!
Casey was FORCED to sing in a style totally unsuitable for his voice last week. Further, he was stripped of his guitar--FAR from a prop for him, but a real asset. He is a very accomplished guitarist.Had he been allowed to sing "Blue Skies" in his own way and with an acoustic guitar (think Willie Nelson-- a classic version!) then he would have nailed it. I truly hope that he makes top 3. Last week's performance was totally beyond his control and it would be unfair for that to determine his placement. Last, the judges were rude and classless in how they treated him. Shame on them all! The remaining four all have some very unique strengths. Best wishes to them all for strong performances this week!
Casey belongs on this show and its time for big Mike to go home.
Casey wasn't in the bottom two. Mike and Aaron were.
Casey James should STAY in the competion. He is consistant, with odd nights like all of them. As for the judges, they seem to be critical with not a whole lot of good advise. Simon may some things but he does try to help them for the most part. Kara is very opinionated with not a lot of constructive advice. She talks in a lot of circles. Ellen gives her opinion but no advice to help them. Randy has given them some advice but mostly once again, mainly an opinion. I am of the opinion that the judges should give compliments and constructive critism with advice on how to improve. The insults from the judges to the contestants need to stop. Have a rock singer sing country and vica versa, they will be out of thier element.
@Kathie Casey was NOT in the bottom two last week, after the Sinatra songs. Mike Lynche and Aaron Kelly were the bottom two. Lee, Crystal and Casey were safe.
IMO Mike Lynche will be in the bottom two this week. He has been in the bottom group for four of the past five weeks.
