American Idol on Fox - March 29, 2006 : 1 of 10 Voted Off

Have you ever noticed in the past result shows that Kellie doesn't look worried about being among the bottom three? Well, tonight she did look a bit worried, but somehow she managed to remain safe. I'm a big fan of Kellie's, but I thought for sure she would be in the bottom three tonight. I didn't think Kellie would be going home, but I thought her performance last night would have landed her in the bottom three. Of course my vote may have helped her stay out too.

Lisa, Ace and Katharine were tonight's bottom three idols. Before Seacrest announced that Katharine was in the bottom three it was between her and Bucky. When Seacrest told Katharine that she was the one in the bottom three, and told Bucky he was "safe," you could hear the "boos" from the majority of the audience.

Not only do I write on these shows, and faithfully watch them, but I also visit the message boards. From what I've read on the boards it surprises me that Bucky hasn't been sent packing. According to the boards, Bucky doesn't have a whole lot of fans. He does have some out there, and many think he can sing, but most say he just isn't "Idol material." However, since Bucky is still there it goes to show I must be reading the wrong boards. Hey, if you're a fan of Bucky's post your comment and let me know by supporting your favorite idol.

Back to the bottom three…16-year-old, Lisa Tucker was voted off; my prediction was right. Lisa was the one, in my opinion, who gave the worst performance last night, and so her being voted off didn't surprise me at all. However, when she sang the song again tonight, for her farewell performance, she sounded much better than last night. Too bad she didn't give that performance last night.

Tune into Fox next Tuesday night, and hopefully it will be a better week for the remaining nine Idols.
