American Idol Layouts for MySpace

Since this show has just continuously growing into such a hot commodity, I thought some of you out there would like to have some ideas of sites to get stuff such as layouts and pictures of your favoriate American Idol singers to decorate your MySpace page. With the show just ending its seventh season we can only imagine what's in store for the viewers when we get to see next season's contestants. As we have seen in the past, it's not always the winner who comes out a winner. Granted everyone is a winner for just getting out there and trying, but sometimes even the losers can parlay their appearance into a mega-career. One of the first names to pop into my head would be Chris Daughtry from two seasons ago and loser to Taylor Hicks. Seems that Daughtry knew where he was going to go in this business and losing this competition apparently didn't stop him. Since he has become one of the more popular singers who came from American Idol, along with the likes of last years winner, Jordin Sparks, Carrie Underwood from Season Four and of course, Jennifer Hudson who lost in Season Three, but won big time in Dreamgirls. Let's move on here and see where you can find layouts and more for American Idol lovers.

If you're looking for just some general layouts, you can find one of all the judges here at pulseware. Foxielayouts has a few general American Idol layouts which is a great idea if you want to do a variety of the shows top singers on your page as opposed to one in particular, but I'll cover those later. Try this spot for another choice of one of all the judges by clicking here. Another place to get something different is pimpmyprofile where you'll find two to choose from. One is just generic with the judges and the background in a microphone and some pics of the singers. The other choice here is just a bright colorful mix of American Idol logos. At pyzam you have a choice of layouts from Fantasia, Kelly Clarkson, Jordin Sparks and Clay Aiken. They also have a great selection of "fan buttons" with a picture of your favorite singer, the judges, including Simon from Season Seven.

Did you root for this season's winner all the way to the end? How about a nice layout of the winner then? You can find them at the following sites: Skem9 has a really nice picture of him with a background of American Idol and it's all in dark colors, focusing on black and blue. This is a great choice. One of the hottest new singers that familiarized America with him by starting on American Idol has got to be Chris Daughtry. Try these sites to get layouts of him and other graphics. for my favorite Daughtry layout. Now that you have his layout, why not add some of his music videos by clicking on glitter-graphics where you'll find all sorts of videos and codes for all of them to add the videos to your MySpace page.

Were there a few people that didn't really come close enough to winning, but you enjoyed them tremendously. If so, you're in luck because you might find a layout here with someone on it you liked. A couple I saw on here is Melinda Doolittle and Sanjaya. Who didn't like Sanjaya? I wonder what his hair is doing these days?

Finally, did you like the finalists in this past season, then try out layoutsduh.com where you'll find photos of some of the singers on stage that you can put on your page. Too bad they didn't make any layouts to go with these. Another place to try is glittervault.com and even if you don't use something here, you must go look because the first picture is of Randy and Paula and a tied-up Simon who also happens to be gagged. Now that is a perfect picture if you ask me.
