American Idol Predictions
The Finalists include Jason Castro, David Cook, David Archuleta, and the last female Syesha Mercado. All have been performing wonderfully and putting their all into their songs.
My opinion based on what I have seen so far on the show is that all of these singers can make a name for themselves and succeed in the music world whether or not they win, as they have all proved themselves as talented and virile performers. My prediction is that Archuleta will win, it will be a close call but I believe if he continues to baffle audiences with his solid performances that he will be the one walking away with the grand prize. Jason Castro and David Cook are both very good and talented but I think that the audience is more in favor of Archuleta.
It is actually very hard to choose a favorite, I am going to be voting for Archuleta but only by a fraction of a percent more than the others. They all do so wonderful every week and it is sad to know that 3 of them won't be taking home anything for all their time and effort. I was a big fan of Danny Noriega in the beginning but now I see that he actually didn't have what the others have and that is continuity and steady performances that are always at the top of their league.
I will be sad when American Idol is over because I have grown to love it and all the performers, I feel like I know them and they are all special in my book whether they win or lose.
I can only make a prediction but I hope that the person who deserves to win most will win whoever that is. But Archuleta is defiantly a favorite in my book.

Post a CommentDavid Cook will be the winner. I use to think David Archuleta would be, but I have changed my mind over the past week, because David Cook's performances have been amazing! More so than David Archuleta's. David Cook is more of a "todays singer" and is ready to meet the challenge of this demanding career. I will be on the phone voting for David Cook for sure!

My article will be posted very soon, I whipped up a very thorough article and my favorite is also David A. But I have reviewed each and every contestant, so I believe I was fair to them all. Nice article, David A. should win it all, but David Cook has a chance as well.
Sarah, I think what you are trying to say is David Cook sings the style of music you like. So be it. What you like may be poison to others. Be cool about that.
David A. SUCKS, hes like a little kid whos only going to be good for little kids songs and little tv programs, david cook is what todays style of music is and he ROCKS, jason castro didnt even deserve to make it to hollywood he sucks so bad, asn syshesha is going to be a great broadway singer!

There's no way David Cook can't win. He's clearly the one with the most originality and ability to sell millions of records. The girls may like Archuleta, but what kind of record would he really put out? Nothing that will be a hit on popular radio.
Great article and well stated. They are all winners but my bet is on Archuleta, too. I will not be surprised to see most of the finalist coming out with recordings. Good luck to all of them.
