American Idol Season 10 Top 24 Revealed; Some Serious Shocks Indeed

American Idol's Season 10 top 24 is about to announced, and with this said, there will be surprises to some and some shocks as well. After they finally reveal the Idols, the show is going to get real tough, especially since the boys top the girls as it stands right now. One contestant who made the judges and fans cry with his very sad love story will be sent home packing on Thursday February 24, 2011. According to TMZ ,Chris Medina who captured the hearts of many with his brain damaged fiancee will not make the top 24. So his heartbreaking love story may inspire for some time, however his singing ends tonight.

Another Idol contestant that did not make the top 24 that might be a shocker is John Wayne Schultz. The remarkable cowboy who's good looks and singing blew the judges and fans away, especially when he performed "Believe." That was an amazing audition.

With American Idol Season 10 being one of the best it's so hard to say goodbye to many of the talents this year, but we have to remember the judges are are searching for talent and not sob stories to keep you in, or being cute.

Some of the real standouts of this season are Casey Abrams, Jovany Barreto, Brett Loewenstern, James Durbin, Pia Toscano, Lauren Alaina Suddeth, and Naima Adedapo. I feel the men are stronger at this time, but in a few weeks that can definitely change. One thing for sure is although Jacee didn't make the cut, the show was better off without him.
