Brooke White has been no stranger to the bottom three as of late, and tonight, she is going to have to actually sing the goodbye song. Hopefully this time she remembers the words, so the American Idol audience does not have to look on in discomfort. Her time on American Idol ended when she stopped her song at the beginning and had the band restart it.
The look of panic on her face said it all. American Idol viewers looked on with pity as she choked out her song with eyes that looked as if tears were being fought off. Simon put the final nail in the coffin when he told her he would have done the same thing. He actually pitied her. For Simon to realize that someone is down and refuse to kick them shows that he knew she would not be able to recover.
With some, the American Idol audience can be very unforgiving. Had David Archuleta or Jason Castro choked under the pressure and stopped the band, it would have been an embarrassing move, but it would not be this detrimental. It will be the one moment in time that Brooke White looks back upon, wishing she could change it. She will forever wonder if things had been different had she not stopped the music. Would she have still been voted off of the show? It was going to be a toss up tonight between Syesha and Brooke before Andrew Lloyd Webber night cemented Brooke's spot in sixth place on American Idol.

Post a CommentBrooke getting voted off is the biggest mistake in the history of the universe. She has way more talent than the robot Jason Castro or the loser David Cook. Castro on;ly gets through with his looks and Cook only gets through with his guitar playing but he stinks as a singer.
If Brooke stays on again next week I and the rest of my friends will stop watching the show.............she must leave Idol.

The great prognosticator Amy Cox, what happened?
Brooke needs to be off the show. she is cracking up and melting like icecream under pressure. She needs to leave idol tonight. In addtiion to stopping the music, she lied about this being the 1st time, she did the same thing on 3/25 performance when she restarted her song during Beatle night.
