America's Got Talent Finals and Tour

Top Ten Finalist

Jackie Hardin
Wow!!! All I can say is America Really Does Have Talent. So if you have been following the hit NBC Show the final ten contestants have been chosen and the race is on for the $1,000,000 prize. The top ten are now stars and are taking their talents on the road, across America when the America's Got Talent Tour kicks off on October 1, in

Oakland, CA.

If you have been following the show, you have seen how far some of the performers have come. If you are just tuning into America's Got Talent here is a score card to bring you up to speed.

Jackie Evancho, 10 year old opera singer from Pittsburgh, PA. Buzz on the net after her first appearance asked if she was lip synching? The answer a resounding NO! Evanco released her first CD, "Prelude to a Dream", in November 2009. Odds makers in Los Vegas have her at 5-1 to win the million dollar prize.

Michael Grimm, a Southern Soul Songwriter, musician and singer from Mississippi. Michael started singing in clubs and bars at age twelve. He has released 4 CD's, the most recent, "You Can Leave Your Hat On", in 2010. Grimm knows who he is and has stayed true to himself through the competition.

Prince Poppycock, John Quale, is the other opera singer in the finals, but unlike any opera singer America has seen. Who would have expected such a strong, beautiful voice coming from a man in white face, a powdered wig and tights? Prince Poppycock is a true artist; entertaining and interesting to watch.

Anna and Patryk are young ballroom dancers, and no they are not siblings. Patryk's family moved to the United States from Poland when he was seven years old. Ann and Patryk have won The Jr. National Ballroom Dance Championships 3 consecutive years and represented the United States twice in the World Ballroom Championships in England.

Christina and Ali are siblings that share a love and talent for singing and... Cystic Fibrosis. Far from the strongest singers in the group, the fact they have made it to the finals is a testimony to their tenacity and the love and support they have generated from the American public.

Michael Grasso is a magician from Cape May, New Jersey, that continued to wow both the judges and audience, week after week in the competition. Grasso has been making a living with magic, appearing on numerous television shows, and performing at major casinos both in Atlantic City and Las Vegas. Grasso has a polish and style that makes his performances entertaining and fun to watch.

Studio One Beast Society; their name tells you, this group of young dancers ages 10 to 21 is not your run of the mill dance group. Just sitting on the sofa in the living room and watching these kids perform leaves me out of breath. They give a stronger more polished performance each time they appear.

Taylor Mathews from Alexandra, Louisiana, is well on his way to becoming the next teen idol. Mathews' father was a singer and musician who gave up his dream to marry and raise a family. Now it is Taylor's turn and he is pursuing the dream with passion. His shyness and presence makes the teens and tweens want to see more.

Jeremy Vanschoonhoven, is a stunt bike rider from Talent, Oregon. Who could have imagined a stunt bike rider in the America's Got Talent finals? This speaks to the dedication and daring of this young stunt performer. Vanschoonhoven (try saying his name three times fast) has won the Junior National Championships five times and attended the World Champion Stunt Bike Championships six times.

Fighting Gravity is a group of fraternity brothers from the Virginia Tech, in Blacksburg, Virginia. The group of thirteen former college students, former because it is impossible to be in the AGT finals and attend class at the same time, sends the judges and audience to their feet after each performance. Their time on the stage flies by and one is left wanting more.

This show should not be looking for a Veagas act if the public is going to vote for little kids going to Vegas! I would not pay to watch Opera! Especaially a 10 year old!

Pierce Morgan owes Prince Popycock an apology. His buzzing was so unproffesional and undeserving to an America Got Talent finalist.
Especially, since Prince Popcock has the most talent. He sings ,choreographs ,makes custumes, story telling among others.
Prince Popcock has been nothing put spectacular in all his numbers and is worthy of winning. The aria from TURANDOT of "Ne Son Dorm is one of my favorites and Prince Popycocks staging was right on target. Anyone familiar with the opera would no the placing of the princess were he did and the taking out of sword were very symbolic to Puccinos intent. Let me repeat Pierce Morgan should show class tonight and publicly apologize to PRINCE POPYCOCK.
And as Pierce would say, that is my humble opinion.
