America's Got Talent is Kevin Skinner

The fourth season of America's Got Talent was the best season so far. There were more seriously talented performers than in previous seasons and viewers had a much harder time deciding who was worthy of the million dollar prize. But in the end America did decide and made the right choice. That choice was Kevin Skinner.

Kevin Skinner was an unemployed chicken catcher. He lives with his wife and two children in Mayfield, Kentucky. He has a love for music and loves to play his guitar while singing. He is also writing songs as well. Kevin Skinner has a certain country boy charm that made viewers fall in love with him.

When Kevin Skinner performed his songs you could really feel the emotions that he brought out of them. The songs that he sung were "If Tomorrow Never Comes," "Make You Feel My Love," and Your Always on My Mind." Every performance was full of power and emotion. He was able to draw you into his songs.

While performing on stage his singing was so powerful that he often got standing ovations and the judges which were Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne and David Hasselhoff gave him nothing but praise.

Kevin Skinner was up against some very talented performers. All of the top 10 performers deserved to be in those spots. But at the end of the night viewers spoke and the most deserving contestant won the million dollar prize.

Kevin Skinner was the right choice for the one million dollars. He is a down to earth guy who loves his family and his music. He came into the hearts of America's viewers after he performed his first song. From that moment on he has kept us captivated to the end with his voice.

There are good things ahead for Kevin Skinner. With his humble style, his heart felt voice and his singing talent, we have not seen the last of him by any means.

As Kevin Skinner starts out on this new phase of his life, the very first stop along the way will be the Planet Hollywood Resort for the Las Vegas Headline Show. And then from there the sky is the limit for this very talented entertainer.

America's Got Talent has really helped people from all walks of life to live their dreams and perform in front of America's viewers. This will often times open up doors that would otherwise stay shut.
