Amy's Kitchen has been providing tasty frozen meals for years now, and one of their most popular line of products are their bowls that feature fresh, healthy, organic, and natural ingredients. Here are many of the Amy's Kitchen bowls you can find in the freezer section of your grocery store, supermarket, or health foods store:

Baked Ziti Bowl - Amy's Baked Ziti Bowl is gluten free, dairy free, tree nut free, lactose free, vegan, contains no cholesterol, and is certified Kosher, so it is an excellent choice for many dietary needs, and it's quite tasty, as well, with delicious soy-based mozzarella and ricotta style cheeses, organic peas, a sauce made from organic tomatoes, and rice pasta.

Brown Rice and Vegetables Bowl - Amy's Brown Rice and Vegetables Bowl is gluten, dairy, tree nut, lactose, and cholesterol free, as well as vegan, and certified Kosher, just like Amy's Baked Ziti Bowl. It features organic brown rice, organic tofu, delicious veggies, and a tasty tahini sauce.
