An Act of Piracy

Steve Helmer

Girl, what you do to me

Can only be described as an act of piracy.

With a wiggle of your hip,

You hold me hostage and you don't even have a ship.

Instead of holding me at bay with a sword tip,

My feet are planted firmly in place because you seduced me with your eyes and lips.

You make me want to give you diamonds and gold

And you've already taken my heart and my soul.

When you do finally get a ship, you won't need a crew.

Because you already have me ready and willing to faithfully serve you.
