An Angel in My Mind

An image of an angel entered my mind.

I could hear sweet music in my ears.

She was so lovely and beautiful.

She almost brought me to tears.

The angel wore a soft flowing gown.

She was flying above and beneath.

And she said one phrase that I'll never forget,

"For goodness sake, go brush your teeth."

My teeth certainly needed a brushing.

I thanked the angel for her advice.

And I did as I was told by the angel,

I brushed not once but twice.

Now my teeth are squeaky clean.

They are a wonder for all to see.

The angel never came back in my mind.

For she was drinking heavenly tea.
