An In-depth Look into the Baby Plus Prenatal Education System

Is it More Harmful Than Helpful? or Worth Trying?

Victoria Williams
Since earliest of times it has been known that outside noises stimulated fetuses inside the womb. We don't know exactly how to measure the effects and what affects it has on them. Audio stimulation has always had positive feedback. It is supposed to help form the bond between mother and child. We have all heard about putting headphones on your belly and playing soft music for your baby. Reading, talking or any type of auditory stimulation is supposed to help increase your babies awareness.

Over recent years The Baby Plus Company, the makers of Baby Plus Prenatal Education System, has taken the auditory sounds and improved them. Instead of random noises Dr. Brent Logan decided to use a heartbeat like sound. Heartbeats are a natural consistent sound the fetus hears daily. With the Baby Plus they learn to discriminate between his/her mothers natural heartbeat it knows and the new introduced one it has learned.

It is believed with his early stimulation babies tend to be calmer, more alert from birth and early developers. Although there is no scientific way to prove this many Researchers, Doctors and Parents recommend it. This does not mean your child will not grow up to be smart if you haven't (or don't plan to) used any of these products.

Baby Plus Prenatal Education System has natural sounds that resemble the fetuses mothers heartbeat. It is safe and easy to use.* The recommended time to begin using the system is around your 18th week of pregnancy. It is a big commitment to make because it should be used twice a day for one hour each time. The device fits nicely in a fabric cover and the belts that fit around your stomach do not look constricting at all. Late in pregnancy you may be uncomfortable but everything is at that time. The heartbeat sound emitted sounds a bit like bongo drums. Depending upon your sound sensitivity it may be soothing or annoying. Some stores may allow you to turn it on before buying to prevent returns. The Baby Plus costs around $150.00 at BabyPlus.com.
