An Introduction to Apples

Philly
This, my friends, is an introduction to apples. That's right, apples, those delicious little fruits in the store. In my following articles on apples we will be examining the different colors of apples, the tastes and even the texture. We will examine different things one can make with apples and even how to launch apples at high speeds. Well, ok maybe not how to launch them. We will definitely discuss how to eat them though.Apples come from a tree, that's what I was always told. Apple trees, that's what they grow on. I always wondered why they never grew on bushes. When I see an apple it looks like something that should be on a bush, not on a tree. Sometimes when I think about apples I think how nice it would be if they came pre-sliced.

If an apple came pre-sliced it would save me the effort of having to slice it and it would be just that much more enjoyable. Another thing that would make apples just that much more enjoyable would be if they were smaller. I don't particularly like the big apples, in fact I find them to be too time consuming. Smaller ones keep me happy for longer periods of time. The smaller ones also tend to have more flavor. If apples were small enough to jam into your mouth in one go, I reckon that they may just be the greatest thing on earth.

Many fruits are pushed onto us in our daily lives. Grapes, oranges, mangos, Ricky Martin... ok, ok maybe not Ricky Martin anymore. One thing is for sure though and that is the fact that healthy living and delicious foods can mix. This fact is realized by fruits. I'm sure I am not alone when I say that apples are delicious, they might even be too delicious.

One very fascinating thing we will dive right into in our on going expose about apples is the whole apple and oranges thing. Where did it all originate? Why is it there? Who can make it stop and when will it happen? Many questions such as these will be explored in full gripping detail. So much detail in fact that by the end of this series of articles on apples you may find yourself confessing that you are now an apple expert. Sure its not the kind of thing most people brag about but it is an expertise that not many have. That may be part of why not many people brag about it, you never know. So join me now as we dive into the wonderful world of apples.
