Up in the HoH Laura talked to Ronnie and told him that with Jordan/Jeff still in the game he will have two people coming after him, not just one. That made Ronnie thing and it actually almost switched up the votes. He brought up the idea to his then posse of Chima, Lydia, Kevin and Natalie. Natalie was the only one to disagree with the plan and once Ronnie brought up Russell campaigning for Laura to stay, which was a lie, she had enough.
That sparked the entire house to change in a negative way as Natalie talked to Jessie and Russell about what Ronnie just said. Russell revealed that he never said anything about keeping Laura and when Laura was asked, she also denied even talking to Russell about the votes. Russell was not happy with what was going on and called Ronnie out in front of everyone. Ronnie stood there and didn't say a word, ok he said "I won't say anything" and basically let everyone know that he was lieing.
It then spiriled from there as Ronnie wanted to talk to Russell in private and claimed he never lied to him. Russell then called everyone back into the house and everyone jumped on the "Ronnie, you lied!" bandwagon, forcing him into the HoH where he stayed for over 48 hours. He left only to go to the Diary Room, which was even more of a hassle as Russell chased him down every second, screaming in his ear that he was still there.
Things then turned strange as producers showed Ronnie crying. Of course its sad that he was locked in the HoH, but it was his own doing and he revealed to Julie that it was part of a master plan to gain sympathy. They didn't even hint that Ronnie/Russell have a secret alliance going on. But hmmmm, do they? Hopefully they'll pick up on that this Sunday. The non-live segments ended with the Ronnie/Russell fighting and it was time to talk to the houseguests live.
In her usual segment Julie asked Natalie about the tension in the house, where Natalie basically revealed that the house is voting for Laura. They also showed them some video of the reward challenge where the guys wore drag and they all had a laugh. It was then Ronnie's alone time where he claimed to still have people on his side. I don't think he has THAT many as he says, but who knows.
Before the votes the two girls gave their speeches. They were fun ones this time around with Jordan giving a shoutout to McDonald's and Laura basically throwing in the towel. They did give Ronnie a few digs at least, so that made it all worth while. In the end the votes came in and Laura left with Natalie being her only vote to stay. It was to "spice of the game" which it probably won't but kudos for trying.
In her talk with Julie (by the way, nice work breaking up the show this time CBS! Much better then rushing before commercials!) Laura seemed ok with being voted out and mentioned Jordan as the reason she left. I don't think its the case but it's sad to see a good player go early, especially from the side that I like.
In the HoH competition the players had to launch a ball into several buckets that were worth certain points. The person with the most points in the end would win the HoH. It came down to a tense tie between the two sides as Jessie and Jeff both scored the highest points of 6. Jessie went first and scored another 6 while Jeff's bounced just shy of 7 but landed in 1. Giving Jessie ANOTHER HoH and the athletes another safe week. Will Jessie stick with the plan and mutiny against Ronnie or will he just blow out the other side?
