An Ode to Fall

A.M. Morgan

The fall winds say hello as the summer breeze kisses the sun goodbye.

The clouds become gray as the crystal blue skies subside.

The evening becomes lighter far less as leaves begin to fall without distress.

The temperature becomes a great relief from the summer heat,

While scarves and sweaters become the fashion staple to seek.

In addition, sometimes it rains so the sky can speak to the ground,

Then the moonlight says, "fall weather I like having you around."

Nothing else matters as the sound of the fall whispers something profound,

Like dear teardrops, you can dry on your own

Because around me you can comfortably speak.

So do not be afraid because I am the friendly season often less harsh than a winter season.

Take in deep breaths and let your body make adjustments to embrace me.

Can you see that as the fall I find pleasure in being your relief?

Moreover, I hope you define me as your most favorite season.
