An Owl Hoots at Night

Pauline Abreu

When night falls the curtains are drawn.

There is no more light until the break of dawn.

Some animals stir as it becomes light.

An owl hoots at night.

Certain animals come to life when darkness falls.

There's trouble and strife, the birds regain new heights.

An owl hoots at night
