A.N. Pritzker School Offers Gifted Program

The Pritzker School Regional Gifted Center, located at 2009 West Schiller Street in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood, offers a comprehensive gifted program for those students in the K-8 trade levels. The program curriculum is an accelerated one in which students with similar talents and interest can learn together. The gifted program at Pritzker is designed for students whose learning function is that of one to two years beyond grade level, when the upper grades are reached. Teachers involved with the gifted program at Pritzker take additional relevant classes, and attend seminars and workshops.

Pritzker School also offers free bus service to those students who live more than 1 1/2 miles from the school. The bus service offers "to and from" transportation, and the program also offers tutoring services to students which encourage and promote success.

Pritzker School conducts tours every Friday fro 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and if you would like more information on the school or how you can attend one of the tours, call 773-534-4415.
