With her last breath she looked to the sky
Tears flooding frozen eyes
Blood stopping in her veins
A dark spot where she was slain
Knife burnt red by innocence shed
Tainted as she bled
Arms outstretched to lover's hold
Lips once warm now cold
Corpse ceasing to breath
With that final cleave
Rivers scarlet running speedily
Ground soaking the blood greedily
Crumpled note explaining her lunacy
Forever now her legacy
Mute falls her abrupt apology
Thus ends this untimely eulogy
Tears flooding frozen eyes

A dark spot where she was slain
Knife burnt red by innocence shed
Tainted as she bled
Arms outstretched to lover's hold

Corpse ceasing to breath

Forever now her legacy
Mute falls her abrupt apology
Thus ends this untimely eulogy
