Anaheim Park Inn Review: The Best Place to Stay on Your Trip to Disney Land?

Jack Woods
Trekking from Northern California to Anaheim to visit Disney land is a regular agenda in our annual tourism schedule. We have been the guests of many lodgings like the Disney land hotel, the Candy Cane Inn and Castles Suites. But since the last two visits, our host is the Anaheim Park Inn.

The last 4 day trip we had was arranged over the Veterans Day weekend with local family members. Our aim was to have a nice weekend at the parks. We reserved a large 2 bedroom suite at the Anaheim Park Inn. There were two reasons for that .One was because of our two young children, and the other was the plan of entertaining the family members who accompanied us.

The Anaheim Park Inn provided us a royal accommodation in an upgraded standard two bedroom suite with a King bed, two Queen Beds and a convertible Queen sofa bed. The room was at a convenient location above the lobby near the staircase and elevators.

The rooms at the Anaheim Park Inn were tidy and finely designed. The living space was furnished with the King bed, the convertible sofa, arm chair pair and a four seated dining table. It also had a microwave, kitchen sink and small refrigerator. These arrangements helped us prepare light snacks and store drinks. The second bed room of the Anaheim Park Inn was provided with the two Queen beds, a dresser, the vanity sink, and a tidy bathroom with a large tub, and plenty of towels for the entire family. The rooms were spacious with good air circulation through the windows. Both rooms had separate televisions. We had a clear view of the Disneyland Park entrance from the small balcony of the Anaheim Park Inn. We enjoyed the evening fireworks at Disneyland from this balcony.

The smart coin-operated laundry room of the inn helped us dry our wet clothing easily. It was a great advantage in the many rainy days during our stay. The next door small video arcade room kept our kids entertained during the heavy rain. There were two small gift shops at the Anaheim Park Inn that sold t-shirts and other novelties.

The motel is at a comfortable location in a fine venue of restaurants and eateries like Mc Donalds. The Anaheim Park Inn is at a short walk across the Disney parks street with ample on-site parking. There are many staircases and two elevators for the guests to get in comfortably even if they carry large luggage, or are disabled.

We had a comfortable stay at the Anaheim Park Inn. The well groomed rooms, amiable and helping staffs, the dignified treatment, made me decide to stay there on my further visits to Disneyland. I undoubtedly recommend the Anaheim Park Inn for lodging to anyone who is planning a trip to Disneyland.
