Picture this. You are having a wonderful night with the girl of your dreams. You have been on your best behavior and you are hoping that nothing can ruin this night for you. Then all of a sudden, it happens, the inside of your rump is itching like crazy. Oh great!! So what do you do from here? It is hard to look sexy, while your hand is up the crack of backside. Anal itching is a big problem for a lot of people and a majority of the time it comes at the wrong time. So what can you do to avoid this embarrassing problem? Causes of Itching

You can never cure a thing unless you know what is causing it to happen. Anal itching can come from a number of sources. It can come from you not washing real well, and it can also come from still having fecal matter stuck with in. It can also come from having more serious causes such as parasites, STD, Hemroids, and other problems that might need to be handled by a physician.

How To Get Rid Of Itching

There are a number of things that you can do to get rid of your itching. The first thing you can do is very important after you use the restroom. Make sure you take a wet cloth and wipe yourself, after you wipe with the tissue. As stated above, one of the main causes of anal itching is not washing that area well enough. Just wiping with tissue can leave that area very prone to anal itching. A nice damp cloth can help get rid of it. Another thing you can try to do is watch what you are eating. Sometimes eating really spicy food can irritate your anus. If you will cut back on these types of food, it will really help with the itching. Another thing you can try for anal itching is medicated ointment. This can be over the counter or it can be from your physician. In some cases anal itching gets very bad, to the point where it is happening everyday. If this is the case, this might be the best route to take.

Anal itching is very embarrassing. A majority of the time it is nothing a good bath won't fix, but if this problem continues, then your best bet is to see a doctor.
