1. Examining all sides of an issue to such an extent that no determination can be made as to what to do next.
2. A need to look at the most insignificant and inconsequential details before making a decision on how a project should proceed.
3. Doing a web search to go to all internet sites and then processing all the information on your hard drive.
4. Physical conditions include: Sweaty palms, hyperventilation, nervous ticks, loss of weight, insomnia, dandruff, backache, neck strain, and constipation.
5. Social conditions include: Isolation, talking to yourself, screaming at co-workers, making impossible demands, and bumping into other personnel in the office.
6. The person who suffers from analysis paralysis has a motto: When in doubt, write another report.
There is no current cure for this disorder.
