As we travel back in time,
To a place left behind,
Our ancestors clearly thrived,
In the everyday life they survived.
To a place left behind,
Our ancestors clearly thrived,
In the everyday life they survived.
Now we go on searching,
Somewhere their history is perching,
In books left behind,
For us to surely find.
But elusive our people seem,
For whatever reason they deem,
Yet giving up s not a choice,
You will hear in my voice.
