Waiting for the release of the information of whether Larry Birkhead is the father of little Dannielynn Hope Smith.

At 245 CST, Larry Birkhead came out of the courthouse in the Bahamas with a grim look on his face Stating that "I hate to be the first one to tell you this, but umm.. I told you so," with that said a big grin came upon his face and the crowd of people that were around the courthouse. Birkhead shouted "I told you so", with his arms up in the air waiving around the paperwork with the paternity results on it. The crowd went wild as these words were said from Birkheads mouth.

"I am excited it is just hard to do this by myself," stated Birkhead

People had been gathering outside the Bahaman courthouse for hours prior to the court proceedings. Some people stating that this was a momentous time and something that would be remembered forever in the press; they were just there to be a part of the history that was being made today.

A disappointed Howard K Stern came out from the courthouse stating that he will not fight for custody of Dannielynn and will be there for Larry Birkhead and will work to proceed to get sole custody of Dannielynn for paternal father Larry. There will be a hearing on Friday regarding the custody, but more information will be released at a later time. Larry and Howard at the end of Stern stating how he is going to peruse other suits against things that have occurred by the Bahamian people since things had started walked over to Birkhead and gave him a hug, then walked away.

While holding back tears Larry Birkhead stated to the crowd," Thank you for your support thank you for the people that got me this far and thank you just thank.....thank you very much"

The last person to appear from the couthouse for Virgie who came out with a smile on her face waiving at the crowd and giving a thumbs up to people in the crowd while she was reading off of a piece of cardboard stating, that "I am just happy to be just the grandmother nothing more, and that she was happy to know the true father of Dannilynn." Her lawyer stated the she would like to have double guardianship custody and get to play a role in Dannielynn life. However it seems that there is a difference in feeling between Virgie and her lawyer. This leads to the thought of future court dates and so much for.

Although Dannielynn will now know who he father is, the custody and many more battles are just starting. If thing occur like they did on the Bahama court steps, this is going to be a long drawn out situation. Everyone seems to have the best thought and feelings for Dannielynn, but do they really understand what is best for this little infant, only time will tell.
