And the Winner of NXT Season IV Is..

Spy Radio
Johnny Curtis was selected as the winner of NXT Season IV. Curtis claimed victory by outlasting the following rookies.

Brodus Clay

Byron Saxton

Conor O' Brian

Derrick Bateman

Jacob Novak

I'm not sure what the future holds for Curtis and the rest of the season four rookies. Even though Curtis won I think the WWE Universe will see more of Brodus Clay. Clay has the ability to fill the monster roll on either Raw or Smackdown.

Because of his size Clay could be an asset to New Nexus or The Corre. New Nexus already has Mason Ryan as the muscle for their group. The Corre has done the same by adding Ezekiel Jackson to the group. If one of these groups were to take Clay under their wings I would choose The Corre. Things are not going well for New Nexus and they could be non-existent after Wrestle Mania. Clay should join The Corre for three reasons. First, it will bring him exposure on a weekly basis. Second, The Corre will become stronger by adding a fifth member. Third, Clay will not have to follow around his pro Alberto Del Rio. Unlike The Miz I don't feel Del Rio needs someone following him around and helping him win matches. Del Rio has already proven that he can stand in the WWE on his own by winning the Royal Rumble. It seems pointless to have someone follow Del Rio around at this stage of his career.
