The Facade Incentive Program is underway in the Andersonville neighborhood. Andersonville small business owners are invited to apply for this program, which seeks to assist area small business owners in improving their storefront's physical appearance, or facade, by reimbursing them a portion of the funds required to make the improvements.
Andersonville small business merchants who anticipate completing $500 worth of improvements or more and who satisfy all necessary program requirements can receive a substantial rebate of up to 50 percent of improvement costs.
The rebates are distributed after work has been approved, paid for and completed. In addition, all necessary documentation needs to be submitted to the Andersonville Development Corporation.
Maximum amount of rebates is $5,000.
