Andrea McNulty Photos: The Face of an Emotionally Unstable Woman?

Hartley Engel
Andrea McNulty is suing Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger for sexual assault. As a result, Andrea McNulty has become an object of intense interest on the Web, and that interest has led countless people to type "Andrea McNulty photos" into search engines. If you are interested in seeing the Andrea McNulty photos, click the link at the bottom of this article.

According to TMZ, Andrea McNulty claims that Ben Roethlisberger forced her to have sex with him in a Harrah's hotel room in Lake Tahoe, Nevada on July 11, 2008. At the time, Roethlisberger was participating in a golf tournament and McNulty was an employee of Harrah's.

Interestingly, though, TMZ also notes that the story comes with a "bizarre twist."

TMZ claims that Andrea McNulty was involved with a married man at the time she met Roethlisberger and that in an effort to get information, the man's wife allegedly set up an email account and created a fictitious identity '" that of a U.S. soldier stationed in Iraq.

A former co-worker of McNulty's told TMZ that Andrea McNulty fell in love with the nonexistent soldier and told people that the she was engaged to him. When the jilted wife stopped communicating (in the guise of the soldier) with McNulty, McNulty allegedly told people he had been killed in action.

TMZ says that at least one of McNulty's coworker says that McNulty started seeing a psychiatrist as a result of her relationship with the nonexistent soldier.

If this information is correct and can be confirmed it does not bode will for Andrea McNulty and her sexual assault case against Ben Roethlisberger.

It would enable a defense attorney to plant the element of reasonable doubt in the minds of jurors and thus exonerate Ben Roethlisberger of the charges.

After all, how reliable could the testimony of a woman who was duped into falling in love with a nonexistent soldier be?

On the other hand, if the information turns out to be bogus (and, quite frankly, it's hard to believe that it's not) and Andrea McNulty's prevails in court, things will clearly not bode well for Ben Roethlisberger.

This woman is out for 2 things: money and attention. I have been a Steeler fan for over 30 years and we even named our cat Big Ben. It's not that I don't want to believe any of this as much as it is that I truly think this woman is fabricating a story to line her pocketbook.

Yeah, yeah, Billy and Bob -- BFD. But you get my meaning. If the story regarding the phantom soldier is true, and if it is admissible as evidence, I am told by an attorney that it could be used to cast doubt on the credibility of McNulty's testimony.

Civil case has nothing to do with reasonable doubt. Just ask OJ.

The standard of proof is not proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Who wrote this?

It was too twisted for me. I got lost. But you are still the king of the scandal.
