Anemone plant is in the buttercup family;
Not just a plant, but also an herb;
Endangered specie is the Rue Anemone;
Medicinally used for cramps and distress;
Often bearing cup-shaped flowers;
Native perennials are some varieties;
Europe and Japan grow them too.
