He quietly asked me what was wrong, and i turned from him holding back
the tears that were blurring my vision. I said nothing in response
because if i said there wasnt anything bothering me, he might find out.
No matter what was wrong he could always figure out what it was without
hesitation and it was kind of helpful to have him there knowing all the
time how i was feeling. He gave me comfort and secure arms which was
all i needed, his shoulder was wet from my tears as i set my head upon
him again, He asked why i couldnt tell him and i told him he already
knew, he said he did, but he wanted to hear it, so i told him,
i said "I love you" this time i could read his eyes, and i knew when i
said that, he almost had tears, "I love you too" He whispered.
I had longed to hear those words from him for as long as i could
remember, I got up and looked at the stars it was a beautiful night to
be outside, everything was perfect, and his smile was glowing.
I have a question for you, I said and he wanted to know what it was,
i said id always wondered how he could read my eyes and feel everything
i would say, his reply was that When two people are made to be together
and theyve been through a lot of the same things, when you look deep
into their eyes its like a reflection of your own,
so i said, you always loved me and knew we were made to be together?
he answered me with a nod of his head, and i had wondered why he hadnt
told me sooner, he knew what i was thiking once again and said,
i had to hide it from you because i thought you were hiding something
from me, and i wondered what he meant because i had never kept anything
from him ever, i said what have i been hiding from you?
he said "your wings".
