The actress told Ho Chi Minh's City Law newspaper, "I will stay at home to help Pax adjust to his new life. I have four children and caring for them is the most important thing for me at the moment. I am very proud and happy to be their mother."
She also apologized to Pax for bringing him into her high-profile life but has promised regular visits to Vietnam. "Photographs and press coverage will make him upset. I'm very worried about that. I would like to say I'm sorry for bringing this into Pax's life." She added, ""We will pay regular visits to your country. To the best of my ability I want to understand more about your country, to see what I can do to help."
Pax Thien was whisked away from Ho Chi Minh's Tam Bihn orphanage amid a bevy of paparazzi who nearly overturned Jolie's car. Pax Thien, whose name means peaceful sky, was abandoned after his mother gave birth in a local hospital. He was placed at the orphanage with hopes that his birth parents could be found. After the search proved futile the little boy was made available for adoption. He was the first and only child recommended to Jolie for adoption.
Time reports that Jolie asked for a healthy boy between the ages of 3 and 5. There were 31 boys at the orphanage who fit the age range. Of them others were not considered healthy or could still be legally claimed by relatives.
Jolie and her three other children traveled via private jet to the Asian country while Pitt readied the family homestead in Los Angeles. Jolie told People Magazine. We are slowly beginning to build his trust and bond," she said of Pax. "But it will feel complete only when we are all together."
It's going to be tough for the notorious starlet to commit completely to home and hearth. Her role as Goodwill Ambassador for the UN Refugee Agency often takes her to far flung war torn countries. Dual film careers means that she and Pitt jump from city to city for filming. Most recently the couple occupied a 3.2 million dollar house in New Orleans while Pitt worked on the film, the Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
Despite her declaration Variety reports that she has recently signed on to star in the film Wanted. Jolie will play a veteran assassin who trains a rookie killer.
Pax is the fourth child for superstar family. Their family includes 5-year-old Maddox, who was adopted from Cambodia, Zahara, 2, who was adopted from Ethiopia, and 10-month-old Shiloh, who was born to the couple last May.

Post a CommentAngelia is going to bring many many men in her home, for sex shows. Angelina is a WHORE,SLUT,BITCH,CUNT,TWAT,PIG,HO,WENCH AND SKANK. I HATE ANGELINA.
That was an interesting article, but I've got to take issue with the word "starlet". Even if it weren't derogatory, it certainly does not apply to someone of Ms. Jolie's stature and experience in the movie business.
She has brought adoption into the limelight. Hopefully more people consider it as an option.
