Anger

Tussy
...an erroneous zone,
man enters upon,
when frustration hit,
smacks at its target.

...a psychological flue,
which incapacitates you,
like a disease would,
avoid it, you should.

...it is a choice,
prompted by a voice,
seeming not to stop,
luring like a trap.

...also a habit,
get rid of it,
so very destructive,
makes you misbehave.

...a learned reaction,
not a solution,
a form of insanity,
afflicting you and me.

    Anger shows up all sorts of ways too...sometimes it's expressed as sadness.
