Why can't anyone see
and understand
when I need them most? When I'm hurting

no one seems to notice
or care Then the hurt builds
inside me

I will blow

I pity anyone

of my heart
I cannot quench it
it is too large
I can only hold it
but not for long
One day I'll lose
my hold on this fire
then all beware
