You're tour will start in this main room. From here you have a short walk to one of the first stops, the stable. In the stable you may be lucky enough to see on of the legendary Clydesdale horses. On display you will also see an old carriage. Here you will learn interesting facts about the beautiful horses. If you want to have more time with the horses you can make a short trip from the brewery to Anheuser-Busch's Grant's Farms.
After plenty of time for picture taking and information seeking, you continue on the tour for a little behind the scenes look at the beer making process. Now, don't think that you will be learning any secrets about what makes Budweiser taste so great. Most of the brewery is off limits. However, you will get to see several parts of the beer making process, including the part where the labels get put on the bottles. Be respectful of the tour guides; some areas are not allowed to be photographed.
Along the tour you will come across a room that is very cold, which is perfect on hot days! You will also enter a room that is incredibly hot and bad on hot days. You will also learn about the history of the brewery. Did you know there was once a school on the property? Outside, you will have plenty of time to photograph the buildings including the clock tower.
And don't worry. The tour is not all walking. In some cases you will walk from building to building, but for longer distances buses are provided.
The tour ends in a hospitality room. Here visitors 21 and older can choose to sample from several of the Anheuser-Busch products. Visitors are limited to two glasses each. There are also light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages available. Here the tour is officially over, but you can continue on to a large gift shop that has everything Anheuser-Busch.
Enjoy your trip to St. Louis' Anheuser-Busch Brewery.
